Shipyard evaluation form

In this article we will cover how you evaluate the shipyard on a project. 

Shipyard evaluation forms become available on the project at the moment a shipyard is selected. The evaluation form is available on the General project info page, and it is only accessible by the project owner.

A notification email is sent to the project owner two days before the registered end date for the project. This email contains a link to the evaluation form. 

If you want to include your response in the final report or in a separate yard evaluation report, you can do so by setting up your report templates accordingly. The smart variable that you will want to add is called: {{project.yard_evaluation_table}}

Please note that report templates can only be edited by account admins.
