Add yard candidates

Once you are ready to begin the tender process, you can invite multiple shipyards to take part in it. Before you export the specification, you must add them as yard candidates

To add a shipyard, first navigate to the specific project you are working to, then select the page "All yards". This is the page where shipyard candidates (yards that are participating in the tender process) are added. 

On the page "All yards", as shown on the screenshot below, you will see a list of yard candidates already added to the project, as well as a button to add new yard candidates.

When pressing the button "Add yard candidate", you will get a drop down menu with a search field allowing you to find the shipyard candidate in question. 

After adding a new yard, it will take a few seconds for the navigation to be updated with the new, additional page for the new candidate. However, you can add the yard’s quotation directly on the comparison page. In fact, this is recommended. Just give it a few seconds to update. You might have to refresh the page.
